Fad "phrases"

Maybe I'm just not hip and am finally showing my age of 41, but there is a certain phrase it seems everyone uses, even my doctor and it's driving me crazy to no end! It's the "I know, right?" phrase. I have been trying to figure out why I dislike the phrase so much, but when I hear it, my skin crawls. My 11-year-old knows I don't like it and picks on me with it daily. So, does my husband. Anyone else bothered by that phrase?

It bugs me when people tell you something bad that is happening, go into great detail listing all the negative effects it will have, and then end up by saying "It's all good."

I cannot stand the phrase:

"just sayin'"
"my bad"
and
"it is what it is."

all three of these make me want to toss my cookies! blah!

And I despise "Have a good one" - Angelface

Anyone remember any old commercial jingles/catch phrases that still jingle in your brain? Depending on your age, these could be different for all of us. I was born in the mid 50's and as a very small child I remember the Good 'N Plenty song. It rings in my head. I don't really remember all the words, but the tune sure goes through my brain a lot. ...
