Pink glow in the sky - For one thing,

the pink color is really kind of pretty, coming from all those LED lights used in the greenhouses in Canada. But it seems all of that light got old after a while for the people living close enough to see it night after night. They complained about it and wanted their night sky back and started calling it intrusive, light trespassing, light pollution! The problem was eventually solved for the most part by limiting the light from escaping the greenhouses with blackout curtains.

In the same article (web address below), it states that in Ohio a similar case of bright lights coming from a greenhouse caused residents to complain there also. These 24/7 greenhouses must be springing up in quite a few different locations now. And some of them are growing more than just tomatoes and other vegetables.. Yes, you guessed it, Cannabis! It needs the really bright light in order to grow.
