that I suspect many businesses will follow what they do, like Kroger. They can do this and as a customer we have to comply.
Just remember, Walmart is essentially China's largest distribution center. They donate a lot, but the bulk of their contributions are going for administrative expenses.
There are other things we can do. You can take your business elsewhere, you can write bad reviews.
