Are Congressional Dems literally too dumb to breathe? - sm

We all know the purpose of wearing a mask in public. We all know how to breathe through our mouth and nose. Why don't Congressional Democrats know these things?

Senate Minority Leader Chuck, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, and Rep. Al Green all wore masks in public without covering their noses. This makes no sense.
