Her statement was grammatically correct. She said he would be accused of taking masks that could be used for Americans. They key letter is the "s" after Americans. That means more than one person.

I thank God that He sent President Trump to be our leader. He has the leadership skills the country needs. Thank God the beast didn't get in, the country would have been done a long time ago.

President Trump does not need to wear a mask. Not everyone needs to wear a mask. If people feel comfortable and want to wear one that is their choice, but it is not mandatory. Wearing a mask does not show if someone is a leader or not. He is a leader in all senses, so...
