Some libraries are increasing the number of "borrows" you can have a month by negotiating new deals with their digital providers.
If you use Hoopla, check for their "bonus" category. Anything you check out from that category will not count against your number of monthly "borrows."
"Central Florida" makes a good point about being able to download digital books from your library into a proprietary reader device, but FYI for anyone new to using your library's digital resources, a regular computer or smart phone will work just fine, too.
