The question of funding "the Arts" should be the subject of separate legislation, rather than buried deep in a massive pork barrel.

Sorry, Dems, if the JFK Center is failing, why not help it with your own money, not Americans who never visited it. What does that, money for Planned Parenthood and union representative on airline boards have to do with Covid-1 19 also???
