he can break into a person's house, steal their money, and then find safe haven in a sanctuary city for law-abiding thieves?
Since there are so many Americans living below the poverty line, this is only fair.
Also, if there is an American citizen who is sick and cannot afford health care, they should be able to steal another person's ID, present it at the point of service (along with insurance info), and get treated. Then when THEY'RE caught, they can find safe haven in a sanctuary city for those otherwise-law-abiding citizens who have committed identity theft and insurance fraud.
Oh, yeah - I am liking this. I see the future where all the things I need are there for the taking, and all I have to do is flee to a sanctuary city set up especially for those who break the respective laws. Cool!
