Several things wrong with this. Well more than several. - sm

1. They don't say who they polled.
2. YouGov is not an official poll. Hence 99.9% chance there was no poll.
3. The creator of this so called "poll" is Karu F. Daniels. Writes for NY Times. Oh yeah, and did you get a load of the people he listed as the best (all dems), and the dig he got in about Trump. Oh yeah, no bias there. There are many great Americans that people think are the most admirable, but he doesn't include them in his man-made poll. It's a little too obvious.
4. They say "in the world". They don't say how they determined that. Where? Who? Most likely no one.
5. If they are talking about Europe, which is basically socialist run...Bingo. But then again he doesn't say where, that is if there ever was even a "poll".

Now, with all that set aside the burning question remains...admired for what? She hasn't done anything, let alone anything to be admired for. Losing her law license or face jail time for fraud? Showing her hatred for our country. (Remember "all this for a damn flag".)? Spending tax payers dollars to go on multi-million dollar vacays for self gratification? Forcing schools to feed their students slop while the girls who lived with them ate filet. Her bizarre clothing she wore that embarrassed our country. Inappropriate hugging the queen? I could go on and on, but that's enough.

And I won't even get into this so called author.

This doesn't even pass the sniff test. I'd say a nice try, but no where close.
