had very little to do with the decline in MT. It did not incentivize the use of SR. The mandate for EMR (electronic medical record) which was not always dictation friendly had something to do with the decline in MT and came before Obama was President. Also, big hospital networks that bought up physician groups and had their own outsourced MT services contributed to the decline. Big MTSOs that dropped MT pay and instituted SR contributed to the decline in MT, and offshoring also contributed to the decline in MT. Not sure why your post was deleted. Maybe because your post doesn't make a lot of sense overall, and your reasons for the decline of MT aren't all that correct either. Sorry, but I don't think your post belongs on the Politics Board either just because you dislike Obama and think that the ACA is the cause for the decline in the MT industry.
