As an IC that has worked for CLK 10 years full time I can honestly say this is the biggest bunch of crap I’ve ever read in my life. CLK is far from a bully. I’ve never met a successful company owner that babies and coddles their employees or contractors. So her being stern because she knows what she wants and needs for her company and her clients does not make her a bully. An in ability to follow instructions on your part and being called out on it does not make the business owner a bully. If you hired someone to do something for you and they didn’t follow your instructions would you laugh it off and say oh it’s ok? Chances are you’d be pretty angry and not be willing to keep working with this person, but CLK deals with this all the time but is more than willing to keep working with ICs to get them where they need to be for HER company and HER needs and HER CLIENT’S expectations. As for not being paid I stress NEVER has this ever happened in all 10 years I’ve been working with CLK. Hopefully enough ICs for CLK reply to this crap and set people straight. I love my job and position at CLK and think it’s pretty crappy that someone who can’t follow instructions and probably never even asked a second time about being paid spreads these lies. as Shannon said we are drowning in work so please if you are able to follow instructions and can handle a QA period give us a hand because mine are sore. Oh and as for the group we are all there to help and yes we do post other stuff it’s like our office...nice to have some connection to your coworkers
