I'll go over all the points in question because this is so over the top and false. CarolLee is not a bully. Perhaps you're not able to take constructive criticism and not feel personally attacked? She doesn't have time to baby new ICs. Her rules on punctuation and grammar are her rules because it's her company that you're doing the work for. Her company - her rules. She does not, under any circumstances, insist that you become friends with other ICs on Facebook. This is a total lie. You need to be connected to her, but that's it. You can ask other ICs for help either in a private message or in the team chat group on FB or on Slack. Many posts are about personal issues, because if you'd read the description of the group, it says "This is just for fun, information, learning, whatever you want." You conveniently left that part out. Whenever anyone asks a question, it is answered almost immediately. I've worked with CarolLee for 5.5 years now and not ONE SINGLE invoice has been unpaid. Every single one has been paid, even when she doesn't take a paycheck herself. Perhaps you need to work on your professionalism before joining a company where only the best of the best end up sticking around. We're drowning in work right now and other transcription companies are dry looking for work to come in. It seems like you're not the best of the best. Good luck to you in your future endeavors.
