First blame lies with the MTSOs years and years ago. From there, it was up to MTs to STOP HOLDING ON TO HOPE FOR YEARS AND YEARS.

With this going on so long now, I am out of sympathy for MTs. I think they all "get it," but I also think they're holding on to false hope.
