to loan money to people who could not prove they could pay the money back, thus we had the bubble that caused the price of houses to go up because all these people could get loans. Just like the student loan program when Obama/fedgovt took it over completely. That's something else that's going to go bust.

Obama could spend 10 billion before breakfast and no one cared. President Trump moves one billion after 2 years of effort and everyone loses their mind.
