I would say they didn’t learn anything from the last time. But they did. Cause a financial crisis, blame the banks, and make the banks and taxpayers pay. And the money goes back to the social organizations that did it in the first place.

And the democrats can use the crisis to get more votes!

All of this coming from EO by Obama. This just encourages more illegal immigration at the border and they say there's no emergency. Democrats created the emergency.
