This is from 2018 but it seems that they still had to meet conditions, just like US citizens.
Quite the spin on the article in the OP though.
Something should be done about the Dreamers but Trump can't hold a coherent thought long enough to focus on anything that should be done in this country except give corporate welfare, scream witch hunt and fake news. Where's our healthcare plan, where's our infrastructure, where's all those great paying manufacturing jobs (manufacturing has slowed down).
Read an article earlier. I don't remember which state it was but the average income in this town is like $26,000 and hasn't increased since he's been in office and there are vacant buildings everywhere, yet they still support him and are still waiting for the money to come rolling in.
So now he's going to get rid of loans for people who have been here their whole lives and are productive in this country but I'm sure their all murderers and rapists.
