Trump was not exonerated on the obstruction charges. There is a couple things to consider. There was not enough evidence to indict and the fact that apparently a sitting president cannot be indicted. That does not mean he is innocent. You do have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt there is guilt and maybe they couldn't do that but it does not mean he was vindicated as he is touting or that he was innocent.
