He was neither proven innocent or guilty on obstruction of justice. There is stuff in that report that shows both points of the argument. Many things were turned over to the courts to decide that came up and there are several lawsuits against him, his charity and his business. He may have won the battle but he didn't win the war.
He's still the shady businessman he has always been. Sometimes the big fish are really hard to catch but karma will hopefully come at some point and bite him in the butt.
