it's just being "managed." You CAN reverse high BP. You CAN reverse type 2 DM through diet and natural eating.

Nearly all restaurants are garbage and people need to return to making foods at home with local, organic and unadulterated ingredients. Natural fats are necessary components of human health.

I reversed a early 20 year-old condition I had yet achieved my worst state of health by eating clean and healthy. My body is still healing.

And by the way, I’m not selling anything.

Check and see what's in your municipal drinking water for those of you on city water.

The American health problem is complex but academic once a person understands the antagonists.

Remember when fat was the culprit in everything and stain drugs were over prescribed? Our bodies and brains need fat. Now we see a rise in Alzheimer's and dementia related diseases.

Don't always count on the medical field. They only manage diseases, not cure them. Do your own research.

Here's a list of some of my reversed symptoms (incomplete):

35 pounds of excess body fat, arthritis pain in my knees progressing to my fingers, difficulty motivating, lightheadedness prior to meals (aka pre-diabetes) fatigue and fog after eating, constipation, acid reflux, insomnia and/or busy-brain preventing me from falling asleep, eye coordination , chronic stress, anxiety and depression, muscle cramps, near constant sinus irritation, inability to concentrate, poor memory, migraines/tinnitus (from osteoporosis in my head squeezing my cranial nerves).

I'm reading up on vitamins and minerals to help with schizophrenia (see link below).

For all of you interesting in alternative medicine, there is a lot of info out there.
