This is how politicians are going to sell nationalized - healthcare, through emotion and calling

people who don't want to turn the country into a socialized welfare state "greedy." Look at England's healthcare system. It's falling apart.

The government in 2012 had a current budget deficit of $1.5 trillion—meaning that it is spending $1.5 trillion more than it takes in each year. And it has federal debt of $15.6 trillion. And somehow, it has to start coming up with hundreds of billions more per year to cover Medicare en masse (including illegals).

The government has only three choices. to pay for this. Taxes will be raised, but the amount required to cover the liabilities will send the nation into the next Great Depression. The government is not even able to cover its current budget deficit by raising taxes. Then service will be cut with Medicare for all expect the amount of coverage to be seriously cut back.

Then there's crafty little trick politicians are selling called Monetary Money Theory or MMT on how the gov will pay for all this extra massive debt and entitlement costs. It is the same trick that many other debt-bloated empires (Rome, Germany, France at one point, Soviets, etc) used just before they crashed.

The Fed will expand the money supply like they do whenever there is a crisis, politicians will push it. They will print more money and give it a name like quantitative easing. This way, the government can prolong the facade and devalue the dollar even more.
