My point was not some version of "I got mine, too bad for you."
My point was the problem with healthcare is that no one can afford it. Making the government pay for it won't make it any cheaper. We tried to deal with the excessive costs by using insurance companies, we're at the end of that rope. Now no one can afford insurance and no one can afford the cost of care. Making the government pay for it, instead of insurance companies, just exacerbates the existing problem.
You're right. It is Medicaid. I misspoke.
