deliberately use an ethnic slur and that he was just speaking so quickly that the word King came out wrong, which he immediately corrected. I think he has a good case for wrongful termination; and with some expert linguistic specialist testimony will probably win. I hope he sues the pants off anyone who has wronged him, the TV station and the major of Rochester.
