Obama and Hillary all you want, but I am sure they hold no current office at the moment and are irrelevant. This deflection is just not going to help Trump's cause at this point and will fall on deaf ears, especially by a court. People are concerned that Trump is trying to use billions and billions of dollars now and in the future as a monument to himself, and abusing his powers by calling for a "state of emergency" when there is none.
