Mine did (by the way, I'm in a totally red area). My republican governor also accepted the Medicaid expansion under the ACA, which helped provide insurance to many who could not afford it now.

I have seen story after story that many republican states who didn't are regretting it and don't want the ACA to go away. But, the ones that do are slowly gutting it so we will go back to the same old hum-drum where many people will not have insurance and prices will sky rocket. If ALL states had done what they were supposed to, it would have benefited both people and kept the prices lower, but too many republicans shot themselves in the foot by having the nobody is going to tell me what to do attitude.

Time will tell but I am willing to bet that Trump will be way higher on the list of "stupidest, most ineffective, least informed presidents" in history.
