DACA was an EO and meant to be made a policy the right way but with republican leadership in Congress it didn't get done and still haven't done anything about it. Something should be done the right way, one way or the other but that just went on the back burner along with a better, affordable insurance plan. Trump absolutely has the right to create an EO to take away the birthright issue but he is no better than Obama with using his pen instead of doing it the right way. Our lawmakers are too busy trying to protect their own butts before the election to actually do their job.
I don't have to be a mind reader to understand Trump supporters because I live in a sea of red and hear them mimicking Trump rhetoric, I see parts of his "rallies" and watch the crowds cheer to his rhetoric.
Either way, DACA and the birthright issue need to be settled once and for all the right way, not through EO.
