cheap labor. They had ways of getting around taxes so the lower tax rate isn’t as big an issue as cheap labor. They happen to view China more highly as a market than the US.

Nike was conceived and built on cheap foreign labor - something the Democrats endorse. Nike isn’t really an American company - it’s just that it’s founders live in Oregon.
