I don't have ear pimples, but have severe itching. - sm

I've discontinued using ear phones, head phones and ear buds and just use the speakers on the desk top and close my office door. This is because of the following:

I had to go to a dermatologist for an unrelated problem and asked him about my intensely itchy ears. He said it was from dryness and recommended I try Miracell, which is an over-the-counter oil. I put some on a Q-tip and work it around the outer canal and just inside the inner canal. I have to do this about 3 times per week. The itching can be so severe as to awaken me at night.

After a few months of not using a head set of any kind and using the Miracell, my problem is better.

For pimples anywhere (yes, I still get them occasionally), I use Neutrogena On-The-Spot. It's a miracle cream for me!

Good luck.
