businesses around us where there is an old gas stations in our neighborhoods that just sit there with a for sale sign on it because someone just abandoned it and can't sell it because of the cleanup costs required. Does that make it wrong that the EPA set guidelines to make things safer? Unfortunately, the ones who own the place don't get it cleaned up so that leaves the rest of us to do that and the people that live around them have to suffer for the owner's lack of cleanup.

We are also finding those magnificent pipelines aren't as safe as the oil companies claim so I would expect more and more of our water and environment being destroyed and they will leave the cost to us too.

We have to find better ways before we are left with no clean water and those responsible for the polluting need to be held accountable.
