The only investigation that counts is Mueller's conclusion. Nobody to this day knows what Mueller has and what he doesn't have. Then, and only when Mueller's investigation concludes will we know the truth.

He has 18 prosecutors that left good jobs to help him with this investigation. If nothing is found, so be it, that info will be released.

If crimes have been committed, then the parties involved will be brought to justice.

With the plea deals Mueller has gotten so far and with the Russian indictments, there are obviously crimes that have been committed and confessed to.

We just have to wait until the investigation is over. There is no other way.
