Given the three accounts of alleged Russian interference (Internet trolls, DNC/Podesta hacks, and Trump Jr. meeting) that have been reported, I don't think there's any chance Team Trump has done anything wrong.
The 2% is because they had a FISA warrant on Page which would let them collect surveillance retroactively on the entire campaign. It's possible they have someone talking about something. I don't think it's likely because we would have heard about it. Someone on the Congressional committees would have leaked.
What happens in 2018 and 2020 if you're right? Is there a Republican wave that sweeps Dems out of Congress and lets Trump do whatever he wants? How bad does that get? Will Pubs have enough state seats to unilaterally amend the Constitution? They were close when Obama left office. They only needed something like 23 more seats. Ginsberg, Kennedy, and Breyer are all 80+ this year. If Trump wins in 2020 he could easily get 3 more justices nominated, leaving Kagan and Sotomayor as the only reliable Dem justices.
