ANSWER: They not.
"Hot pants" is an encryption. I will give you a few clues: The answer has the exact same number of letters in each word that you see in the original. The first word begins and ends with a consonant and contains a vowel between them, in the center. The second word begins with the same letter that the former began and ended with and rhymes with the second word you see there.
THAT makes much more sense given the context of the video - no?
