What do Count Dracula (vampires), werewolves, Incredible Hulk, Superman, Dr. Jeckyl/Mr. Hyde, etc. all have in common?

They all appear "normal" until "something happens" to transform them. That is a fictionalized, veiled version. These are humans so are not "transformed" into something supernatural.

But they are in position, just waiting for their cue. And, they appear "normal."
