Seems you are not aware of the fact there were 500+ govt program in place BEFORE OBAMACARE to cover those truly in need for everything for food stamps, housing, FREE medical care, FREE transportation to your doctor, FREE child care, FREE school breakfasts/lunches, FREE food at the food banks..that only names nine. See if you can figure out the other 491+. Doubt it, since you would need to do ind-depth research.
