I'm in my late 30s, but went back to college and my professors were extremely liberal - One didn't believe in the pledge allegiance to the flag. Claims people in America are not treated equally and we need "social justice". Even said, "socialism" would not be a bad think in America..... really? I looked up to this professor and highly respected him, but I was shocked and unfortunately didn't speak up in class to rebut his statements....no one did. He was a huge Obama fan. I believe in the founding fathers and the constitution. There were mistakes along the way. They weren't perfect men but they founded the greatest country. Obama would like to change the constitution....give government more and more control and not the people. I'll admit I dont know much about politics and haven't paid attention in the past, but its getting my attention now. The more attention I pay, the scarier Obama gets - the debt is just unbelievable....are they intentionally trying to destroy America? I'd say that is the plan. Then, they can slide in their "new ways" of doing things. They can teach our children "social justice". Hey, my kid won't even have the opportunity to strive to achieve. There will be no winners/losers, we will all be equal. Government will just take care of us all and we'll do as they say - No thanks!

Social Security, Medicare, Public Education, Public Highways - Libraries, Wars

All are socialist endeavors. No one wants to give up Social Security and highways, (but I would like to give up wars.) The people who believe in Social Security also believe in the constitution, and no, Obama does not want to change the constitution. Sounds like you are buying into one of those mass e-mails where they quote the Snopes Myths. I want everyone's kids to be able to achieve a good life without the deck stacked against them.

Big Govt takeover is socialism. Also, SS and Medicare are going bankrupt. Of course I want my SS since I have been forced for 30 years to put my money into it... same with Medicare, but I dont think the Govt handles money well, and who knows how much they corrupt behind the scenes. Obama is a socialist. I didnt used to believe it either, but he has proven it. As far as your statement "I want everyone's kids to be able to achieve the good life" ---so trillions in debt on their backs okay with you? Its not with me!!

He can say he does not want to change the constitution all he wants. His actions show different. But he's a politician and they are notorious for promising us everything during an election and renigging once they get in. No different than the lot of them who were just fired.

I will read it with interest if you have some concrete facts that are referenced. The sources would have to be reputable sources, not stuff from the conservative echo chamber. Also opinion ranting is not an option.

It's not "make believe". Actually, it's common sense. How do you prove common sense? Unfortunately, some people refuse to see it. Some people want to focus on details and cann't see the big picture.

Do some research....Start with the constitution and what its purpose and function was intended to be and then look at what is going on today. They want to "change" things.
