What is being revealed is that Russian PROPAGANDA influenced our election with selective hacking and publishing of emails and massive publication to social media of fake news stories. Does our national security mean nothing to anyone? It really does not matter who or what they were trying to influence. What matters is that they were successful doing it at all and many Republicans are ignoring the danger. Putin is a very happy man these days!

This is the mentality that lost the election. Hillary and supporters will not accept blame for being out of touch, candidate was under FBI investigation, made poor decisions with a private server putting national security at risk, lied under oath, but instead shift the blame to the Russians who allegedly exposed the underbelly of the Clinton campaign and Hillary herself.

Some would rather shoot the messenger rather than look at the evidence that the Democrats are underhanded and out of touch. The Democrats shot themselves in the foot by running with Hillary instead of Bernie Sanders.

The Russians had nothing to do with Hillary running for president instead of Sanders. She was easy to defeat.

Apparently the right has small minds because they still don't get what is being investigated. The right repeatedly asks the left if they want Trump to fail. My question to you is do you want democracy to fail? It appears you do since you make light of the fact that Russia has possibly threatened that and aren't interested in finding out if it is true. You repeatedly tell us we are liberal losers, whining losers and whatever other names you call us. If democracy fails we all lose.

If you (collectively) post things that praise trump and the decisions he has made and are making and we respond with our views on Trump, you immediately resort to name-calling and Hillary bashing when the topic isn't about Hillary.

I do not praise Trump, I simply wait to see what he will do to improve the middle class and protect us from terror attacks, unlike the lefties with their cracked crystal balls predicting failure. I do care about America and do not predict Trump's failure. I just don't like the choices he is making and feel they are not going to help the little guy.

We differ in that I don't see Obama as a failure. You have the right to your opinion and I have the right to mine. The economy is doing much better than it was when he came in office. The outsourcing has been going on a long time and actually during Obama's presidency some jobs did come back. Nobody is going to stop outsourcing, even Trump. We live in a global economy and that is the way it is and has been for a long time.

It is my hope that he will focus on creating jobs that fix our infrastructure instead of pipelines that are environmentally dangerous.

I hope more things like the article below talks about will happen.

I am not focusing on your post in particular but the junk posts where people are gleefully predicting Trump's failure without being able to see his failure is their failure. That is not adult thinking.

Calling Trump names, orange, condemning even his children etc. What if I resorted to calling Obama names based on his appearance? Would that be a legit argument against his policy or child-like playground tactic?

I am focused on this board where certain posters are predicting failure constantly and I believe no matter whose Trump failure affects, the Trump bashers will be happy because they can say I told you so.

As far as the economy, personally my income is down while I compete with workers from India pay. I cannot shop at local businesses any longer and that hurts the local economy. Not too long ago one of my favorite places to shop went out of business. They had about 10 employees who lost their jobs. This was one of the stores that I could no longer afford to shop at when my pay gets lower and lower. I am going to assume there are many others who could no longer afford the luxury of this shop and are sticking with necessity shopping like I am. So you may look at Obama's stats and say the economy is better, but personally where I live it is not. And that is why Trump got votes in places that are hurting like where I live in Ohio and Obama's better economy stats are a slap in their face to those who have limited income as prices increase or no job at all.
