According to Trump, I thought the American 'job bleed' to outsourced countries, was supposed to cease the day he took over the WH?!? Yeah, right...

Umm, sounds familiar, right?;
Actually he never said that they would cease the day he took office - sm

He never said it would cease the day he took office. That is propaganda spew from the DTM (Destroy Trump Media). They seem to like to fabricate things he never said.
What he DID say was that there would be serious consequences for companies who outsource jobs. It's possible this Lowe's will have to deal with some serious consequences down the road. Time will tell.
You do know he can't fix everything overnight. Repairing a broken country takes time.
Be patient and calm down. Things will be okay. I can't offer puppy dogs or crayons, but I could send some hot cocoa if you would like.
How could "job bleed" take place the - day he took over? Seriously

Trump promised the day he took keys to WH job bleed would stop?
Gotta link?
He actually promised action in his first 100 days. - Another lie. see message

Check the actual facts on Trump creating jobs. He gives the ILLUSTION of creating jobs but that is not what is actually happening.
Nothing on offshoring at all. All he did was offer corporations a 1-time 10% tax rate on overseas profits.
Fact check Public Citizen:
“Our analysis proves that Donald Trump is not fulfilling his signature campaign promises to stop offshoring and bring back American jobs. Even though he’s signed over 60 executive orders during his first 100 days, he has yet to use the power of the pen to stop corporations that receive taxpayer dollars from shipping American jobs overseas,” said Joseph Geevarghese, director of Good Jobs Nation.
“After pledging to punish companies that offshore American jobs, Trump has not even used his expansive unilateral authority to ban offshorers from being awarded lucrative government contracts. Instead of delivering on his promises to end offshoring and create American jobs, Trump is rewarding companies that offshore with big contracts paid by our tax dollars. He has not introduced the End Offshoring Act or launched the NAFTA renegotiations he promised for his first 100 days, and he caved on taking tough actions to reduce our huge job-killing China trade deficit,” said Lori Wallach, director of Public Citizen’s Global Trade Watch.
It's disgusting that companies like T-Mobile get taxpayer money at the same time they’re sending thousands of jobs abroad.
U.S. presidents have broad executive authority to enact “policies and directives” for federal contracting. Trump has failed to exercise this authority to cut off firms that offshore from obtaining lucrative government contracts paid with taxpayers funds.
Trump appeared willing to flex his muscle as “purchaser-in-chief” right after the 2016 election with his high-profile interventions to try to prevent United Technologies from shipping its Carrier subsidiary’s operations to Mexico. However, since then Trump not only has failed to take promised actions, such as introducing and “fight[ing] for passage within the first 100 days of my Administration” of a Stop Offshoring Act in his first 100 days, but his administration has approved lucrative contracts with some of the nation’s most notorious chronic offshoring corporations.
So it is typical leftist MISINFORMATION - Trump promised IMMEDIATE action

I do not trust anything leftist posters or media says. There is either a lack of intellect or plain untruthfulness just like OP.

Sorry, 50 percent of top US Government contractors offshore jobs. - Fact check before you call foul.

This is not the only issue Trump has flip-flopped on. I am not a Hillary fan or Trump fan and you could say, in general, I am anti-Congress. I am only interested in actual facts that can be verified by more than one source, neither left or right leaning publications. This is what divides this nation - lack of actual factual information before stating an opinion.
The actual fact of the matter is Trump made - promises he could not deliver. SM

Congress, rather than the president, generally has the power to enact tariffs. Republican leaders in Congress, who are in favor of free trade, tend to take a dim view of Trump’s tariffs because adding new tariffs could produce a trade war and higher costs to U.S. citizens.
Sooo, don't expect anything to change any time soon. Trump has made no effort to impose tariffs, and there is no sign of a promised “End the Offshoring Act” in Congress at all.
Maybe he had good intentions, but still made promises he could not deliver on.
Nope - that was Obama - Get your facts straight

If you consider this "bullying" other posters, it is YOU that has a real problem. Now, try to keep up here. We were discussing promises TRUMP could not keep. It is no secret. It is not bullying. It is public knowledge. As far as "keep your facts straight," they are very, very straight. There were no comments made on Obama, just on Trump and offshored jobs. Your opinion is your own, even if it is rather silly and does not address the subject at hand.
Think this person posted in the wrong place. - Re penalizing offshoring companies
[ In Reply To ..]
You have not heard any more about these financial penalties to companies who offshore. Trump did not actually have the power he thought he was going to have. It is also apparent by original OP that many people think the president has more power than he really does. Quite sure that once he was elected - that was one promise he could not even bring up in his first 100 days. Republicans in Congress probably told him not to even try it. It sounded good at the time, probably even won him votes with people thinking he could actually do something. Congress will not allow it.
The WALL may face the same issues. Just because Trump said it does not mean it will happen. Some Pubs in Congress are not so fond of it either, and you know the Dems will vote against it. Could be a mute issues. This president can be found guilty of many things but these are not actually his fault. Maybe he just should not have used these things during his campaign. Now his supporters will view him in a bad light, but hey, they may open their eyes to the worse evils in government. A president is only there 4-8 years. Congress is there for friggin ever and they have more power and cheat the government out of more $$ than people realize.

TRUMPAug 03, 2016All I have seen is Hillary bashing on this site. Has anyone mentioned how brash, rude, and just plain disgraceful Trump is acting during his speeches? How he made fun of a disabled person, how he is planning on attacking China?, how he told a woman to remove her crying child from the room during one of his "speeches"? Do any of you realize he has no idea how to be diplomatic? Do you realize what will happen to the USA if he ticks off China and starts another war, especially with this superpower ...

TRUMP ALL THE WAYMar 03, 2016I am so sick of how this election is going. How can any of the so called Senators in this race say that he would not be a good President as well as others in the Washington elite. What Trump Should Do...Feb 16, 2016I'd make up life-size cardboard Bushes - Ma, Pa and Bro. Ma would be holding a sign saying "Down with Donald!" Pa would be holding his nose. Bro would be thumbs-down with a scowl.
I'd prop them in a hay wagon and wheel it onto the stage in the middle of Trump's speech. At that point, Donald would look around, take a long look, turn to the mic and say, "We just can't get rid of 'em, can we?....They're everywhere."

If I Were Trump, One Thing I Would DoSep 10, 2016I would ask all my supporters to tell any pollster who calls that they support Hillary Clinton.
One of two things would probably happen:
1. Pollsters fall for it and get the election wildly wrong.
2. Pollsters don't fall for it and can't make any predictions.
Either way, it would be the end of the disgusting, crooked polling business that seems to be more trying to influence opinion than objectively reporting it, and we'd all be much better off without them. ...
