Okay tell the logic in this

Posted: Dec 18, 2016

Well. Michelle said this was what it was like not to have hope. Wonder what she thought when her husband was President for 8 long, painful years. I sure had no hope after the second term came up. Now what makes wind farms killing hundreds of bald and golden eagles okay and yet in California, we have farmer upon farmer not able to grow crops because of one tiny fish. Tell me where the logic is in any of this. Democrats have no logic. They just follow George Soros. ;

There is no logic. It is a bunch of sore losers - from top down making excuses.

I used to admire Obama though I did not agree with his policies. He was cool, had swagger and was charming. I liked Michelle okay, she had a sense of humor and looked fun.

Now they are both down and dirty excuse-makers and I don't like them. Low class to attack the incoming president and while they attack the president-elect, they insult the supporters who voted for him.

Bye Obamas. Don't let the White House door hit you in the azz on the way out.

I think it's time to restore the voting age to 21. - We need adults running this

country for a change.

You'd have to eliminate all Repubs, then. - None of them are adults.

That's why they voted for an overgrown middle-schooler for president this year.

I was reading about those fish (smelt, is it?) (sm) - Conservative

That is one of the most stupid things I have ever heard in my life, and the Democrats do some really stupid things. That's at the top of the list. Ridiculous. Trump will do away with these regulations. I cannot wait.

Yes, delta smelt. - Different Poster

Saving that stupid fish is also causing some of the drought issues because they're letting the runoff go into the ocean rather than damming it up for farmers and for human consumption. Whaddya expect from Governor Moonbeam and the rest of illogical idiots in Sacrademento?

Protecting wildlife - is not stupid

So you will be happy when he removes regulations that protect other species besides the ones with large bank accounts.

Yeah, protect a tiny fish - and starve humans.

Makes perfect sense to me. NOT!!!
Just wait until - the in-coming

group starts removing all the regulations that keep our land, air, water and food sources protected and see what happens. Maybe it will make perfect sense then.
Maybe common sense conservationism will replace feel-good - evironmentalism. It seems like everything

is politicized now, the environment, science, you name it. I'm tired of eco-fads.

Politicians pick the latest environmental agenda in the same way we choose the fall fashions – looking for what will yield the largest benefit with our public and social circles.
Common sense - is a

good idea. The one thing we all have in common is we live on this planet. This planet is where we get our food, air and water to survive; this includes our wildlife, including the stupid little smelt. When species are wiped out, this disrupts the food chain. All politicians should be working toward a goal of protecting our resources. President Obama has been big on alternate energy. I'm all for that. At this point we do not have a way to rely solely on alternative energy. The work needs to continue though.

One of my beefs with president-elect Trump is that he is putting people in high positions that seem to have no interest in protecting our planet. This needs to be done whether or not you believe in global warming. He has put someone in to head the EPA who wants to destroy regulations put there to protect us and the planet. His secretary of state is the head of Exxon Mobil!!!

We need to work together to get away from using fossil fuels. We have a huge, endless source of energy to draw from in the sky and it would benefit all of us to keep working at developing sources to use that in an effective, cost affordable manner. The future of our planet and human survival depends on that and not on polluting our water sources, air and food sources by the endless drilling in our oceans, laying of leaky pipelines and fracking. This needs to be a bipartisan pro planet, pro human and wildlife survival issue.
Just a - question

Why do you dislike this? Are you saying we shouldn't protect our planet?
Just because someone doesn't believe in the "environmental" - green agenda doesn't mean they are
[ In Reply To ..]
anti-environment. Same with global warming/climate change. There are many scientists show debunk it, but they are silenced.
Has nothing to - do with global warming
[ In Reply To ..]
It has to do with protecting our planet and using the valuable resources wisely.

Enjoy the future! When fracked sludge comes - out of your water tap, we all - sm

have to wear smog masks like they do in China, and everything you eat or drink will likely be tainted. Enjoy your lack of healthcare, your below-minimum-wage job (if you can even find a job anymore - because Trump is NOT bringing them back, no matter what he tells y'all), and oil-drilling rigs spoiling our national parks. (Oh well... they won't be national parks anymore, anyway - they'll have all been privatized.)

this not long ago.  It is funny, but the point is simple and valid.   Father-Daughter Talk A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. She felt deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Republican which she expressed openly.
