Amazing that this was created in Australia while the hostage situation was taking place. Some of the people reacted quickly and publicized that this was an individual and not a race that had committed an atrocity and made this a public awareness issue.

Breaks my heart, the people I know who are wearing Muslim dress and watching how people treat them. From strangers to acquaintenances in the workplace they are treated poorly and with disrespect. We should strive to do better.

It's about time the Muslims stood AGAINST the extremists in their midst. Westerners are paying the price for their barbarism. Enough is enough. If Muslims hate America and Westerners, let them go back from whence they came. Most Muslims are not terrorists, but most terrorists are Muslims.

Why do individual Muslims have to stand against other Muslims when they do not share the same terrorist views? If they all look alike, they all think and act alike?

Just makes it easier to categorize doesn't it? The first step of racism.

No doubt people need to take a stand against the extremist terrorists, but that would be all people together. The division is terrorist and non-terrorist, not religion or race. Makes it more difficult to identify and categorize, but no one ever said it would be easy.
