Now that Trump has won they are getting downright nasty.

It has nothing to do with Trump. They lost and get no trophy. George Washington warned against having political parties for just this reason.

There was similar hysteria in liberal sectors when Ronald Reagan won the Presidency.

Then-prominent actor, Mike Farrell (M*A*S*H*) was on TV fronting for an organization collecting donations to prevent Reagan's "inevitable" nuclear war with the U.S.S.R.

This anti-Trump reportage and incitement to riot is more heinous than that we endured during the Reagan era, but nothing we can't handle. There are over 65 million of us and we aren't like the bygone weak RINOs.

Speaking of getting "downright nasty," that is what trump and his supporters did during his whole campaign and beyond. Actually, you have the 65 million votes on the wrong candidate, that would be Hillary's number.

Maybe the left remembers what happened when Regan was in office and it will be the same with Trump in office. The trickle down does not work, never has and never will. It will only create a larger wealth gap. Wall Street wins again. I don't count that as a win for America, just a win for the top 1%. I guess the one thing we keep in our minds is that once the pubs destroy our economy, environment, etc., the pubs will get sick of what is happening and then a Democrat will come in and pull the country out of the mess the republicans created, like Obama and Clinton did.

We go from Clinton to Bush, and then ramp it up and go Obama and Trump who couldn’t be any more opposites.

Americans from both sides are so dissatisfied with the government as a whole that they think they can nominate someone to fix it when it is really rather hopeless and we have become so extremely divided and convinced our side is right that we may never get back to a point where we can have a widely popular president. One side is just going to have to eat it while the other gets it’s turn for a while.
