Beck rips Brown: âThis one could end with a dead internâ

Supporters of Senator-elect Scott Brown winced as he offered up one of his daughters as "available" in his victory speech Tuesday night.
On Wednesday, Glenn Beck took to his radio program to sharply criticize Brown's remarks. The controversial host suggested that Brown needed to be "monitored" because "this one could end up with a dead intern."
"I want a chastity belt on this man," Beck said. "I want his every move watched in Washington. I don't trust this guy. This one could end with a dead intern."
"A dead intern?" co-host Pat Gray asked. "I wouldn't go that far."
Later on in the segment, Beck added, "I'm just sayin', congratulations, now let's monitor him, let's put an ankle bracelet on him, let's know where he is at all times."

I have no idea what is meant by monitoring him/ankle bracelet. I'm guessing it probably has to do with what he will do once he gets to Washington. Will he stay the same or change like the rest of them.

My read of the intern comment - is different
[ In Reply To ..]Gary Condit was a scandal ridden loose cannon who became an embarrassment to his party for the duration of his short 4-year stint in the US House. The most notable damage he did to democrats resulted from the disappearance and homicide of an intern with whom he had an affair. He was implicated in the murder.
The ankle bracelet and intern innuendoes reflect Beck's general distrust of Brown and his cautionary aspersion casting is warning Brown supporters to look before they leap. The mistrust is centered around Beck's distress over the fact that Brown is a rising star yet unknown commodity who is on the brink of writing his own political ticket.
Brown appears to be way too moderate to adequately represent the T-bag factions according to Beck. He will be dogging Brown whose so-called populist appeal threatens the stronghold on the GOP Beck would like to see evolve from the T-bag movement. The last thing that party needs is more fractionation. Beck is just using his usual dramatic antics to express his fear.

Beck's outrageous statements like "I want a chastity belt on this guy" and that the Senator could end up with a dead intern confirms exactly why I stopped watching him. The guy gives me a headache.
