[ In Reply To ..]gave me headaches, so I stopped it. Found something over-the-counter (I-Cool) and am giving it a try, takes about 4 weeks to get in your system. Docs give their oncology patients vitamin E100 mg and B-complex for hot flashes they get from chemo, if that helps :)

I'm age 49, almost 50.
