Old family recipe of cornbread, biscuits, onion, celery, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, turkey broth, and poultry seasoning. Mixed and baked in the pan.

stale bread cubes, celery, poultry seasoning, sage, onions and turkey bits and broth from the neck and giblets. OMG I can't wait till Thanksgiving. She's been gone for 13 years but her stuffing, peanut butter fudge and date/nut roll will be long-remembered!!

Okay, so I'm posting ahead of time, but I just saw something interesting on the show "The Chew," the food talk show with Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Daphne (Dr. Oz's daughter) and Carla. They took leftover stuffing and turkey, stuffed it in red peppers and baked it, then threw gruyere cheese on top and broiled it till cheese was melted.
