I REALLY need mine (not that everyone doesn't really need theirs!) I am starting a new MT job and need to buy a computer!

so far, nothing. If you go to IRS's where's my refund, it should let you know about when to expect it. It says on mine if not deposited by the 11th to give a call.

No refund here! I don't let Uncle Sam use my money during the year, I want/need it to use. Getting a refund means you let the government use your money, interest free, for the whole year. If you get back $2000, that's more than $150 a month you could have had to use each month.

It was in my bank this morning. I filed on the 29th electronically. It is tiny but what the hey better than the little amount that was in there before. You should get yours any time if I got mine!

Mine has been stuck in being processed. I check on my cell before I even get out of bed in the morning. LOL!

I get $0.00 taken from my check, but due to having kids and other credits I can get, I get over $6,000 back. Yay, cause I REALLY, REALLY need to pay off some bills.

I receive as much of my check as I'm able. I work a W2 position and a contractor position so in taking my contractor deductions, I get a refund. Short of demanding the government pre-pay me, I'm not giving them anything. I'm accepting a bonus from them at tax time.

it was never deposited. I went to the site to check where my refund is and it says they are experiencing difficulties. So, I called the phone number they provided, and again they said they are having technical difficulties. Leave it to the government to have difficulties and mess everything up.

That means the system must have had its daily update. Hopefully I will see it in my account tomorrow morning. I want to buy some groceries and there are 2 bills I am itching to pay off.

I was told by my CPA, a personal friend, that we could not file until February 1, which I did for Federal. State of Iowa as well, which shows I shall get my refund within 7 days. As far as Federal, it shows it is in processing and could take up to 21 days. Me, like a LOT of people, need it sooner rather than later.

they submit the return, the IRS will accept it and hold it to start processing the return at whatever date which this year was January 31st.

this year. I paid off ALL my cc debts. I still have a couple thousand left. How in the world do I not spend it? LOL!! May sound like a silly question, but my mind says it is there...spend it! My mature self says no way!! Save because you WILL need it sooner or later. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to "forget" about the money? ...
