Mocha cupcakes with Expresso Buttercream Frosting

I came across this recipe and it looks so delicious I wanted to post it. It looks like I could just eat a whole bowl of the frosting. Coffee & chocolate - 2 of my favorite things all in one bite...yum. I wanted to share the recipe. I haven't made them yet, but plan to as soon as I get the ingredients.

all the recipes look good. Especially these mocha cupcakes. I'm having "heartache" from my job situation, so I think I need to cut way back on the caffeine/chocolate/sugar trio - when I go for a long walk I feel better, but when I'm sitting there or lying there thinking about my job situation, I feel crushed in the heart.

anxiety over paychecks, bills. I have been drinking more coffee lately also and need to cut back. Those treats do make you feel better for awhile. I always feel better after walking with my dogs but I need a little excursion and need to start getting out just with me at times.

Blueberry lavender cupcakes - In love

a local vegan cafe has these cupcakes and I am in love with them. I love blueberries but with the combination of lavender its out of this world! I plan on ordering half dozen or so for Easter. I have to find a recipe on line for this. I love coffee/cappuccino also. I'll have to check your link!

This sounds absolutely amazing and I have never seen a recipe for it. Please ask the cafe if they can give you the recipe.

If not, please post the name of the cafe and maybe I can order some and get them sent to my house! YUMMMMM

I can try to find out some of the ingredients. She was able to tell me some of the ingredients once to something else that I liked there. Maybe if I tell them that I posted about it and there is an interest they will be nice and give me some hints. The name is Flaming Ice Cube. It seemed as if the flavors were in the frosting as the frosting was a really pretty color almost like a lavender but with a hint of blue and it was a white cupcake.

I found a recipe for Lavender Blueberry Cupcakes. The website is krissyscreations.com. I am going to bake them as soon as I get the lavender that is needed. I ordered it online.

Last year around this time, a poster was kind enough to post several recipes for quick-and-easy fudge that could be made with a can of frosting and a couple of other ingredients. I was wondering if anyone happened to save those, or if that poster is still around if they would be kind enough to repost the recipes? Last year I was way too broke to make any holiday treats but this year is MUCH better (hallelujah, LOL!), and I remember those recipes sounded very tasty and simple. TIA to anyo ...
