Can you guess what a pile in a dull cyst is??? Sure we know but these people supposedly making all that $$$$ are unable to pronounce the simplest of words. I had one earlier today that always, always says costovertebral angular tenderness. She falls all over herself trying to say that one. Unbelievable but we are supposed to know this 100% and have everything be peachy keen, right? ;
