Doing puzzle but it has me puzzled

I am doing a puzzle and would love to have a frame for it when I complete it. I know frame sizes are like 3 x 5, 5 x 7, 8 x 10 and so on. This puzzle says it is 16 inches x 24 inches. It is in a very small box and I cannot believe it would be the biggest frame that most places sell such as Wal-Mart. Anyone good with math out there that can maybe clue me in? Thanks. ;

Yes, it will fit into a smaller box because it is layered in the box. If the box held 2 layers of pieces, you would need an 8 x 12 box. If 4 layers, a 4 x 6 box.
16 x 24 is roughly 2x a sheet of paper. Not so big.
