Diffusing essential oils

Posted: Aug 13, 2015

I've recently purchased an essential oil diffuser (and love it) and just am interested in learning different "recipes" of essential oils in diffusers that others use that they enjoy.  I've read all about how different essential oils can help with sinus issues and stress and anxiety and restful sleep.  I've also started making perfume, so would appreciate those "recipes" as well.

TIA!

Sandalwood, cedar, bergamot, frankincense, myrrh, and cinnamon. I don't really have any specific recipes, but I have fun experimenting with them. Just pick your favorite scents and mix a little here and there.

I like those too - FreshAir

I actually have an amber, musk, frankincense blend diffusing now. I'm transitioning from using the wax tarts. I like the way I can customize my scents. I also like the extra benefits the essential oils offer. I'm going to try a peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary blend this afternoon when my energy starts to fade. Thanks for sharing your favorites.

She has some great ideas and lots of online info. I was a distributor for one of the BIG oil companies, but switched and use Rocky Mountain Oils now exclusively. They are more realistically priced, good practices and excellent people. They also put out a blog weekly with a "recipe" and info. Have fun!!

I like the lavender, peppermint and cinnamon - oils.
