Actually they sound good, but the thought of walking dead cookies doesn't.

"1/4 large chocolate bar" is pretty vague. How large is large? Unsweetened chocolate, sweetened, semi-sweet? Regular candy bar or baking chocolate bar? If anyone tries this, let us know.

Does anyone know when these are coming or am I too late? I thought I read somewhere around this time they are going to be out. We have girl scouts that sell at the entrance to our grocery store, but I only go out once or twice a month grocery shopping so don't know if I've missed them. Growing up we went door to door selling. I wish they would do that here so I would never miss. I also miss girl scout calendars and don't know if they even have them anymore ...

I use a bag mix, which turns out fine. Sometimes they stay fluffed up, other times not. I've tried refrigerating the dough and using it cold. Tried making big cookies. Tried adding a tablespoon or two of flour to stiffen up the dough - we're high altitude in the west, almost 4700 ft. Why do these cookies insist on flattening out some times but not other times?
