My niece has a friend with a farm, and she owns a beautiful miniature horse. The horse had a gorgeous little baby. We are going this weekend to visit! My niece sent pictures of the two of them in the pasture. Baby is like mom; brown and white with the white diamond shape on his forehead. Any bets out there how many kisses I'm gonna steal from mom and baby? Just when I am feeling like nothing is going right, and I am so down I get to spend time with these amazing creatures!!

during a break between events, a cowboy came out into the arean with a tiny animal in his arms. I thought maybe it was a puppy. Instead, it was a cute little baby miniature horse! He set it on the ground, and it ran around him, bucking and squealing, then would come at him and rear up (hah! standing maybe a whole 12-15 inches tall when it did!) like a wild stallion. Then he would stick his tail straight up in the air and prance around. That was the CUTEST thing I've probably ever seen.

I can just picture that little guy with his tail up, strutting around, proud. That must have been adorable! I cam so anxious to see these beauties on Saturday. I'll post an update on my visit.
