Am I in the wrong place? Is this board for Christians only? I can't tell for sure, though have only read a few random posts.

I think this is just a comparison chart, not promoting any particular religion, just increasing your knowledge. Isn't knowledge a good thing?

From what reliable source did you get that information? It sounds like you're the one who's judging.

I actually didn't want to label any churches, so I didn't. I see more people of certain churches on here than other churches voicing their judgments regarding gays, that it's a sin. I would say that's a judgment. They are more outspoken, so they tend to post here more, which is why the person posting his or her note was confused. And don't quote the Bible to me, please, regarding anything that you deem to be a sin. The Bible was written in a different language, translated, then interpreted by humans who make errors and also have prejudices.

I only used gays as an example to make a point. The list goes on.

I see a lot of hypocrisy in those churches, too. Go to church, come home, beat and/or berate the kids,demean them, scare them into thinking they are going to hell, all that good stuff.

Thank you for that. My statement was an observation, not a judgment. I do get tired of hearing mortals deciding who is a sinner, or rather we're all sinners, or that if I don't find their lord, I am burning forever in the afterlife.
